The Sautee Nacoochee Center (SNC) is proud to host its fourth annual Sautee Nacoochee Art Festival on our historic campus! Located in the beautiful mountains of Northeast Georgia, Sautee Nacoochee has for several years been acclaimed as one of the "Best Small Arts Towns in America".
The SNC campus has a 1927 restored brick schoolhouse containing two art galleries, a history museum and a 98-seat theatre. Also on campus are the Folk Pottery Museum of Northeast Georgia, an African-American Heritage Site, a blacksmith shed and an historical gymnasium where a variety of activities and performances take place.
Calling All Artists
The Sautee Nacoochee Art Festival will feature many artists who will exhibit and sell their original works of art in a variety of mediums. No kits, molded items, commercially formed items (including commercially printed matter) antiques, plants or imports will be allowed. Items cannot include commercial designs. Any artist whose work is found to be unoriginal or inconsistent with the work submitted for consideration will be asked to leave the Art Festival.
