SAUTEE STARS
Basic Theatre Education for Children ages 7 to 13
Session I Begins August 31st, 2010
and continues until December 5, 2010
on Tuesdays from 3:30–5:30, in the Center Theatre
A Public Performance will be scheduled at end of the session.
The Sautee Stars fall semester will be divided into creative dramatics time and production time.
During the creative dramatics portion of the class, your child will learn acting, musical theater, dancing,
costuming, makeup, lighting design, and set design techniques.
Each child will learn their own monologue and work with a scene study group.
During the production portion of the class we will be working on a play
that will presented
to the
public at the
end of the session in the Center theatre.
Your child will have the opportunity to sing, dance, and act on stage!
